Vishakha, crossing from Libra into Scorpio, means the forked branch, and its symbol is the decorated arch under which a victor passes. Its two deities, Indra the king and Agni the fire, give it single-minded drive: Vishakha sets a goal and pursues it with everything it has.
The Moon here gives ambition, determination and great persistence. These people can be inspired leaders and campaigners, and they often achieve a great deal later in life after a long effort. Jupiter as lord adds purpose and a sense of mission.
The forked branch hints at Vishakha’s lesson: being torn between two desires, or pursuing the prize so hard that it loses sight of why it wanted it. Patience and generosity toward rivals keep its victories sweet.
