Chitra, spanning Virgo and Libra, is the brilliant star Spica. Its deity Tvashtar is the celestial craftsman who forged the gods’ weapons and designed the world, and its symbol is a shining jewel. Chitra is about design, beauty and the pleasure of making something remarkable.
The Moon here gives a strong visual sense, charisma and a love of fine, well-made things: architecture, fashion, jewellery, engineering or any work where form and function meet. These people want to stand out and usually do.
Mars as lord adds drive and a competitive edge. Chitra’s lesson is that real brilliance comes from substance, not only from surface, and that the most lasting thing it can build is its own character.
